    ABOUT

I explore colonisation, family separation, white culture, consciousness, neoliberalism, and the boundaries between fact & fiction, logic & myth, truth & story by looking at emerging narrative forms like autotheory and autofiction. My work on the narrative narcissism of neoliberalism is in the journal Life Writing; work on the politics of grammar and the scholarly point-of-view is in The February Journal; and, a piece on family separation, colonialism, and myth is in Project Passage. I have short stories in literary journals such as Meanjin and Island Magazine. I’m a member of the Flinders University Life Narrative Lab and on the Editorial Board of PRISM International. Originally from Adelaide, I live on the west coast of Canada.
